Alterations

We offer alterations to all items purchased. Momera will cover the cost of alterations up to $20.00. Any further costs will be covered by the customer as agreed upon. 

Personal Styling & Private Appointments

Layby

Momera offers Layby on all items. Our Terms & Conditions are outlined below: 

• A Non refundable deposit of 20% must be made to secure your layby. 
• Laybys are strictly eight (8) weeks, unless an alternative timeframe is agreed upon. Furthermore, if the layby is not paid in full within the 8 weeks the layby will be cancelled and any remaining money will be returned to the customer, minus the 20% deposit. 
  
• All laybys must be completed within the time frame or your layby will be automatically cancelled and your non-refundable deposit of 20% will be forfeited
  
• Once the layby is made in full the customer will be given the item/s. 
  
• Momera does not accept returns or exchanges on layby orders so please consider this before placing any item/s on layby.
